Course Registration Changes and Cancellation Policy

Victoria Executive Centre delivers guaranteed learning at competitive prices. As such, our policies include fees for last minute cancellations and registration changes to assist us with cost recovery when the training room is already booked, the manuals already purchased, the instructor already hired and your seat already reserved.

These policies may be waived for medical or family emergencies, solely at the discretion of Victoria Executive Centre.

If you need to cancel your registration in a course, please be aware that the following penalties apply if your cancellation request is received:

If your Cancellation request is received: The following fees apply:
More than ten (10) working days prior to the course date 15% Administration fee
Between Ten (10) and five (5) working days prior to the course date 50% of the course price
Four (4) or fewer working days prior to the course date 100% of the course price*
Not at all (“no show”) 100% of the course price*


Any cancellations that result in a credit can be refunded in full – 15% Administration Fee.
